The Loire Department awarded for its cybersecurity policy with Serenicity.

Serenicity, a company based in Saint-Etienne specialising in cyber security, is proud to have worked with the Loire Department to protect the data and ensure the cyber security of 24 communes in the Loire. We are pleased to note that the work carried out by the Department was rewarded at the 'Les Cas d'or' event, with the award of the Gold prize for multi-site protection and neutralisation, as well as the Jury's special prize for the experimentation carried out in the field of cyber security.

The Department of the Loire was a pioneer in the deployment of fibre optics and was one of the first to be concerned about the use and applications that circulate in these new networks. Today, it is natural for the Department to protect the ecosystem of our new economy and our new public services. The brand new Schéma directeur territorial d'aménagement numérique 3.0 for the period 2023-2025 presented by the Department of the Loire in Feurs on 1 December last bears witness to its commitment to pursuing this policy.

We would like to warmly thank the Department of the Loire and more particularly Séverine Reynaud, vice-president in charge of digital technology, for their confidence and their collaboration on this citizen, innovative and benevolent project. This award is the fruit of teamwork, and we are proud to have contributed to the policy led by the Department in terms of digital development of the territory and cyber security.
